About addd7

Our Story

Born in Bangladesh, Built for Bangladesh

addd7 was founded with a single, clear purpose: to give Bangladeshi players access to a world-class online casino and sports betting experience that truly understands their needs. We saw a market full of generic international platforms that offered little relevance to local players — platforms that didn't support bKash or Nagad, didn't cover BPL cricket with depth, and offered customer service in languages that most Bangladeshi users simply don't speak. addd7 was created to change all of that.

From Dhaka to Chittagong, Sylhet to Cox's Bazar, our platform was engineered from the ground up for the Bangladeshi audience. Every feature — from instant bKash deposits to live BPL betting markets — reflects our deep understanding of what local players want. We are not a platform that merely added a Bengali language option as an afterthought. addd7 is Bangladeshi at its core.

Our Mission

Excellence, Trust, and Responsible Play

Our mission is to be Bangladesh's most trusted online gaming destination — a platform where players can bet on cricket, spin world-class slots, and enjoy live casino games with complete confidence in the fairness and security of every session. We believe that great online gaming is built on three pillars: an exceptional product, ironclad security, and a commitment to responsible gaming that puts player wellbeing first.

We partner with the world's leading game studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — to deliver a catalogue of over 500 games that meets the highest global standards for fairness, entertainment value, and technical reliability. Every game on addd7 uses certified RNG technology and independently audited RTP rates, so players always know the odds are genuine.

Everything a Bangladeshi Player Needs

Our Players

Built for the Bangladeshi Betting Community

addd7 serves adult players aged 21 and above across every division of Bangladesh — from Dhaka and Chittagong to Rajshahi, Khulna, Mymensingh, Barisal, and Rangpur. Whether you are a cricket enthusiast who wants to bet on the Bangladesh Tigers during a T20 World Cup match, a slots fan searching for the latest Pragmatic Play drops, or a live casino devotee looking for real-time Evolution Gaming tables, addd7 has been designed specifically with you in mind.

We understand that Bangladeshi players celebrate Pohela Boishakh, Eid, and Durga Puja — and addd7 marks these occasions with seasonal promotions and special bonus events tailored to the local calendar. Our customer support team speaks your language and is available 24/7 via email to resolve any issue, typically within two hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). We take pride in being a platform that genuinely listens to its players and continuously improves based on their feedback.

Our Values

The Principles That Guide Everything We Do

• ⚖️ Fairness — Every game outcome is determined by certified RNG systems. We do not manipulate results. Players can trust that every spin, hand, and bet is resolved by impartial algorithms audited to global standards.
• 🛡️ Security — Player data and funds are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, rigorous account verification, and secure payment processing across all supported Bangladeshi methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• 🤝 Transparency — We publish clear terms and conditions for every bonus and promotion. No hidden wagering requirements, no bait-and-switch tactics. What you see on addd7 is exactly what you get.
• 🚀 Innovation — We continuously invest in platform upgrades, adding new games, features, and payment options in response to player demand. Our engineering team monitors player feedback daily and deploys updates on a rapid development cycle.
• 🌙 Responsibility — Gambling is entertainment for adults aged 21 and over. addd7 provides deposit limits, self-exclusion tools, and direct links to responsible gaming resources so players can always enjoy our platform within healthy boundaries.
